RealSetu was founded on a frustration — and a belief.
In 2016, our founder Arjun Verma watched a close friend lose his life savings to a developer who had misrepresented a project's legal status. The project wasn't RERA compliant. The broker had no idea — or didn't care. The frustration from that moment became the foundation of RealSetu.
We started with three advisors and a simple rule: never recommend a property we wouldn't buy ourselves. That principle — and an obsessive focus on legal due diligence — built our reputation one client at a time. Today, over 94% of our new clients arrive through referrals. That number means more to us than any award.
